List of ingredients
- 10 bun'n'roll
- 1 courgette
- 1/2 red onion
- 5g chives
- 5g rosemary
- 1 garlic clove
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 125g grated cheese
- 5g salt
- 5g pepper
Preparation steps
- Chop onion, chives, rosemary and garlic.
- Slice courgettes into 1mm thick strips and halve lengthwise.
- Combine Greek yoghurt and eggs. Add onion, garlic, herbs and half the cheese to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture into a silicone muffin case and insert courgette strips in the filling.
- Freeze filling.
- Defrost Bun'n'roll overnight in the fridge or for 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Place frozen quiche filling inside the Bun'n'roll and press down firmly.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 24 minutes at 170°C.
